ESVARBON appoints new registrar

The Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria has announced the appointment of Janet Shehu as its new registrar.

 In a statement by the Chairman of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria, Gershom Henshaw, the appointment was made following a unanimous decision.

He said, “Shehu Janet has been appointed as the new registrar of the board following a unanimous decision at the board meeting held on Thursday, February 8, 2024.

“Janet until her appointment was the deputy registrar of the board and head of Northern Region and Registration Unit.”

He noted that in her new role, she would oversee the administration of the secretariat, registration and regulation of Estate Surveyors and Valuers across Nigeria, upholding professional standards and promoting excellence in alignment with the vision and mission of ESVARBON.

He added, “The entire board extends heartfelt congratulations to Shehu Janet on her appointment as the registrar.”

 He expressed belief that her commitment to the overall success of the board would justify the confidence reposed in her by the board.
