Ngozi Chimkama Cynthia Ibe, popularly known as Engee Ibe and a prominent advocate for women’s empowerment, is preparing to initiate Woman Evolve 2024 in January.
This initiative aims to provide women with a platform for self-empowerment and will be rolled out across Nigeria.
An American-based medical doctor, keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and life coach, Engee Ibe has consistently championed gender equality and women’s rights. She expressed her intent for Woman Evolve 2024 to revolutionise the landscape of female empowerment in Nigeria.
Describing it as a comprehensive program, Engee Ibe envisions Woman Evolve 2024 as a transformative effort designed to equip women with essential skills, resources, and support required for overall growth. The initiative will incorporate interactive workshops, seminars, and mentorship opportunities to achieve its noble goals, ultimately aiming to empower women to instigate change within their communities.
Woman Evolve 2024 emphasises education, entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal development, aiming to address the unique challenges encountered by women. The program will provide tools to overcome obstacles and realise their full potential.
This initiative intends to provide participants with exposure to industry experts, successful women who have shattered barriers in their respective fields, and thought leaders. Through panel discussions, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities, women involved in the program will gain insights and practical advice to navigate their personal and professional lives effectively.
Engee Ibe recognizes the importance of connecting participants with experienced mentors to guide and support them through their journey towards empowerment.
