Anthony Joshua Vs Tyson Fury: Deontay Wilder Predicts Potential Winner

Former WBC heavyweight champion, Deontay Wilder, has expressed his support for Anthony Joshua in a potential match against Tyson Fury.

While acknowledging Joshua’s challenges, including a recent knockout loss to IBF champion Daniel, Dubois, Deontay Wilder remained optimistic about his ability to rise to the occasion. The American boxer emphasized that Joshua’s success hinges on boosting his self-confidence.

“I genuinely believe Joshua can win against Fury,” Wilder stated. “Some might be surprised by this, but I see the potential for Joshua to come out on top if he can focus on his game and trust himself. I sense that he tends to overthink and has moments of self-doubt, which might hold him back.”

Wilder encourages Joshua to make some mental adjustments, suggesting that such changes could lead to a remarkable comeback for him.

As excitement builds for a possible showdown between these two British boxers, the fight is anticipated to draw significant attention and potentially generate over $300 million in revenue. This follows both fighters’ recent bouts, in which Fury lost two bouts against Oleksandr Usyk and Joshua suffered a setback against Dubois.

Top Rank president Todd DuBoef believes the fight would captivate the UK audience, stating, “The brands of these two athletes are incredibly strong. I predict the entire country would take a moment to witness this event, highlighting the significance of their rivalry.”
