AXA Mansard Insurance Plc has projected an insurance revenue of N86.78bn for the second quarter of 2025, according to a forecast statement filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
The statement, signed by the company secretary, Omowunmi Adewusi, showed that the firm anticipates an insurance service result of N10.50bn after deducting an insurance service expense of N47.23bn and a net expense from reinsurance contracts held amounting to N29.05bn.
AXA Mansard also expects net investment and other income to total N10.13bn, while operating expenses are projected at N10.82bn.
As a result, the company forecasts a profit before tax of N9.13bn, with an estimated tax expense of N1.36bn, bringing the projected profit after tax to N7.78bn for the period.
In terms of cash flow, the company expects N3.85bn from operating activities but anticipates outflows of N3.50bn from financing activities and N4.47bn from investing activities. consequently,
AXA Mansard projects a net decrease of N4.12bn in cash and cash equivalents, leaving a closing balance of N10.05bn at the end of the period, down from N14.17bn at the beginning of the quarter.
