EPL: Salah wins record-equalling seventh Player of the Month Award



Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for February, equalling the record for the most awards won by a single player.

According to the announcement made on Friday via X by the Premier League, the Egyptian star joins Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero at the top of the all-time list with seven Player of the Month (POTM) accolades.

Salah enjoyed a prolific February, registering ten goal contributions in the league to help Liverpool maintain their title push.

The Premier League confirmed his achievement, stating, “No player has won more EA Sports FC Player of the Month awards than Mohamed Salah. He goes level with Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero on seven.”
