Family fixes Jan 18 for former Access Bank spokesman’s burial

The Association of Corporate & Marketing Communications Professionals in Banks in Nigeria has announced the burial details for its Publicity Secretary, Abdul Imoyo.

A statement signed by the president of ACAMB, Rasheed Bolarinwa,  disclosed that  Imoyo died in the early hours of Sunday, December 17, 2023, at First Cardiology, Ikoyi, Lagos, after a brief illness.

It stated,” Imoyo, a highly regarded Corporate Media Manager and Journalist, leaves behind a legacy of excellence in the field of Corporate Communications.

“The Imoyo family has announced the burial arrangements for their dearly departed. A Service of Songs is scheduled to take place on January 17, 2024, at 5 pm, hosted at the Harbour Point Event Center located at 4 Wilmot Point Road, Victoria Island, Lagos. This event offers an opportunity for friends, colleagues, and well-wishers to come together in remembrance and support for the grieving family during this solemn occasion.

“The Funeral Service is set to follow on January 18, 2024, at 5 pm, at the RCCG Olive Tree Parish on Banana Island Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. This service aims to provide a formal and spiritual farewell to the departed, bringing together those who wish to pay their final respects. However, it’s important to note that the interment following the funeral will be strictly private, limited to family members and a select number of invited guests. This reserved moment ensures a more intimate setting for the family to bid their final farewell to their loved one.”
