Firm launches marketplace solution

X-agon Digital Solutions Limited has launched a mobile app to help service providers and customers tackle challenges faced while conducting online transactions.

According to the firm, AnyworkX, a digital platform, was designed to address the challenges faced by both customers and vendors in the service industry.

In a statement, the Executive Director, Product and Strategy, X-agon Digital Solutions Limited, BolajiBayo-Tijani, said, “With AnyworkX, we are addressing the fundamental problems faced by both customers and service providers in Africa.

“Traditional methods of finding service providers are time-consuming, unreliable, and often lack the desired quality. AnyworkX is here to change that.”

The firm noted that the app was an online marketplace that aggregates a wide range of services, covering over 200 categories, including fashion designing, plumbing, electricity, and photography, among others.

It added that to support the business in its marketplace, it had partnered with financial institutions and provided SMEs with loan support for tools and equipment upgrades.
