Firm to empower youths in property, investment



A real estate development company, Poshfield, has announced plans to host the Game Changer Summit 2025 as part of efforts to empower Nigerian youths with knowledge and tools for wealth creation through real estate and smart investments.

In a statement made available to our correspondent on Thursday, the summit is expected to bring together leading voices in property development, finance, and entrepreneurship to mentor and inspire the next generation of investors.

Speaking at the summit, the Chief Executive Officer of Poshfield, Ajilore Francis, said the event would focus on emerging trends in the real estate sector, practical investment strategies, and innovative wealth-building solutions tailored to Nigeria’s economy.

“This is not just another real estate event. It is a platform for transformational dialogue and empowerment. Our mission is to make luxury living and smart investment accessible to young Nigerians,” he said.

The summit will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Speakers include Olumide Emmanuel, Chief Executive Officer of Common Sense Group; Ugodre Obi-Chukwu, Founder and CEO of Nairametrics; and Hiren Naker, CEO of Legacy Investments, among others.

The firm added that the Game Changer Summit 2025 is designed to equip attendees especially young professionals and aspiring homeowners with actionable insights to secure long-term financial stability through real estate.

The PUNCH reported that Poshfield is set to host a groundbreaking ceremony for its flagship project, Posh Residence, in the Mowe axis of Ogun State.
