A popular comedian, Gbenga Adeyinka, got many cracking their ribs during his long-running show—Laffmattazz (Lagos Again edition), which held at the Balmoral Centre on Victoria Island area of the state.
Thirty-three entertainers, including singers and comedians, took turns in entertaining over 3,500 guests.
The show’s host, Gbenga Adeyinka, surprised attendees with his grand entry after he was introduced by one of his long-standing allies, Omobaba 1.
Expressing gratitude for the turnout at the event, the comedian and master of ceremonies said, “What I felt was even more than happiness. There is nothing more gratifying than planning an event and having everything fall into place, I am overjoyed,”

Guests at the event include the Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Toke Benson-Awoyinka; the Speaker of the state’s House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa; a foremost industrialist and businessman, Razak Okoya and his wife, Sade; Kenny Ogungbe and ID Ogungbe, among others.
