Insurance firm supports children living with cancer



The Prudential Zenith Life Insurance has partnered with the Dorcas Cancer Foundation to donate N1m to the children battling cancer at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital.

The donation was made when Prudential Zenith Life Insurance, in the company of Dorcas Cancer Foundation, visited the Alima Atta Cancer Centre at LUTH as part of activities marking this year’s International Childhood Cancer Day.

This contribution aims to enhance cancer research and provide essential support to patients, serving as a beacon of hope for families facing the challenges of childhood cancer.

During the event, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Prudential Zenith Life Insurance, Cherise Ige, said, “Today, as we come together on International Childhood Cancer Day, we honour the resilience of young warriors and their families. We also reaffirm our commitment to transforming lives. Our donation reflects our belief in a future where every child fighting cancer receives the care, support, and research they deserve.”
