An actress and filmmaker, Mojisola Adebanjo, has opened up on her approach to playing intimate scenes, emphasizing professionalism and respect for her craft.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, when asked if she has ever had a bad kissing experience on a movie set, she said, “Thankfully, no. I’ve been fortunate to have good experiences on set. While there can be awkward moments, I always try to keep it professional when working with another actor.
On if she still finds fulfillment in acting, Adebanjo said, “Of course, I still find fulfillment in acting. It’s my first love, and even though the country’s economy is challenging right now, the opportunity to portray such diverse and amazing characters in films continues to fuel my passion. The state of the nation cannot shake or alter my passion and fulfillment. This is what I derive pleasure in; come rain, come shine.”
Asked about the key lessons she has garnered from her travel experiences, she said, “Traveling has shown me how much we all have in common despite our differences. “It has made me become more open, adaptable and appreciative of the world around me, which has definitely influenced both my personal life and work.”
