Nathaniel Bassey New Worship Song Trending @ #16 On YouTube

Gospel musician, Nathaniel Bassey, ushered in the New Year with a new song titled: ‘Baba We Thank You O’. The song is trending at #16 on YouTube a day post its release on December 31, 2024.

The livestreamed tagged #Hallelujahchallenge #2025 is an 11 minutes worship song consists largely of a repetitious chorus – “Baba We Thank You ooo, We Thank You ooo. We Thank You ooo, We Thank You ooo”, interspersed by the artist’s calls to audience to thank God for life, health, for his love, his faithfulness and mercy.

Singing the chorus, Bassey is backed up by male and female singers, all decked in white-on-white outfits as himself, who also provided the melodious background to his commendable solo sax act mid-song.

The new comes post the release of his album, The River, comprising his old songs (Someone’s At The Door, Adonai Live In Israel, Flow Overflow, You Are You, Jesus Iye, Yahweh Sabaoth) and new ones (We Come Before Your Presence, In This Place, Iba Live, Spirit Chant (Where The River Goes), Behold) among others.

‘Baba We Thank You O’ is trending music at #16 on YouTube since its release, with 19,000 likes, and 191,748 views, with the singer commenting “For you my brothers and sisters 2025 is for grace and glory”.

And netizens couldn’t agree more: offering testimonies, praises to God and gratitude to Him for the gospel music minister’s vocation.
