Nigerian Rugby League final holds in Abuja today



The grand finale of the 2024 Nigerian Rugby League will take place on Sunday (today) at Turf Arena Sports Centre, Abuja, with Lagos Bulls locking horns with Kano Lions in both men’s and women’s categories as representatives of South and North, respectively, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.

The league body made this disclosure in a release on Friday.

The women’s final starts at 1:pm, while their men’s counterparts will light up the field at 3pm.

Kano Lions topped the pile in the Northern Conference that also comprises Zazzau Bulls, Zaria Bees, and Kano Gazelles, while Lagos Bulls finished at the pole position of South-West Conference among Eko Trinity, R2 Finesse, Lagos Rhinos, Lagos Haven, and De Kings.
