Budding artiste, Olamzzy, has released a new single titled ‘Jaboh’. Speaking in an interview with Saturday Beats, Olamzzy stated that the song is a gritty and uplifting anthem that captures the tension between street hustle and spiritual resilience.
He said, “From the very first line, blending Yoruba, Pidgin, and coded street slang, it is an ode to survival in a world where calamities may loom. Right from the opening line, the song pulls the listener into an emotional and spiritual monologue. Each phrase is a rallying cry to offload burdens, release pressure, and enter a new season with fire.
“The lyrics are raw and real, and the instrumentation balances Afro-soul rhythm with underground bounce, giving it that street spiritual energy that can hit both in the club and on your way to work. This is the type of record that reflects how young Nigerians, from the corners of Lagos to the trenches of Ibadan, process stress, faith and hope.”
He added that the song, which is produced by Jaytunez under the Empire Global Entertainment Paris imprint, is more than just a song, “it is a diary of resilience, laced with joy and quiet strength.”
