Omeruo Quits Turkish Club Kasimpasa

 



Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo has left Turkish Super Lig outfit Kasimpasa, reports Completesports.com.

The centre-back and Kasimpasa parted ways by mutual consent.

Omeruo sustained an injury in Kasimpasa’s 3-3 draw with Galatasaray last September.

The 31-year-old recently returned to full training.

The former Leganes player made five league appearances for the Apaches this season.

Omeruo is now considering offers from Saudi Arabia and Qatar, according to reports.

The versatile defender first joined Kasimpasa on loan from Chelsea in 2015, before returning for a second loan spell two years later.

The Nigerian joined the Turkish Super Lig club on a permanent transfer in 2023.

He scored two goals and registered three assists in 85 appearances across his two stints at the club.
