Ramadan: Gov AbdulRazaq Greets Muslims

Kwara State governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has congratulated Muslims worldwide, especially in the state on the commencement of Ramadan fast.



The governor, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, specifically congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, Alh Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari on the dawn of the month of mercy in which the Holy Qur’an was revealed to the blessed Prophet Muhammad.

AbdulRazaq thanked the Almighty Allaah for preserving their lives to witness another Ramadan.

He prayed that, “He accepts our prayers and acts of worship, and blesses us with the spiritual fulfillments, forgiveness, and mercy that come with Ramadan.”

The governor also urged Muslims to spend the solemn month praying for a stronger, safer, and more prosperous nation and Kwara State.
