Watch Video Of Premier League Referee, David Coote Cursing Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp

A video in which English Premier League Referee, David Coote, was seen using foul language against Liverpool and their former coach, Jurgen Klopp, has gone viral, putting the referee’s career under threat.

In the leaked video which was believed to be filmed some years ago, David Coote and another man were seen sitting on a couch while having a discussion centred on Liverpool and their immediate past coach, Klopp.

The unknown man in the video asked Coote: “What did you think of the Liverpool game earlier?” The referee responded: “Liverpool were s***.” The man then asked the referee again: “What do you think of Jurgen Klopp?” And Coote replied: “C***. Absolute c***.”

“Aside from having a right pop at me when I refereed them against Burnley in lockdown, he accused me of lying then had a right f****** pop at me.”

While explaining his experience with Klopp when he served as a fourth official in a match involving Liverpool, David Coote said: “I’ve got no interest in speaking to someone who’s f****** arrogant. So I do my best not to speak to him. James Milner’s alright.

“You can see me there [in a picture on his phone] with a mask on. Got to be careful right, we’re social distancing, we’re two metres apart. But my God, German c***. F*** me.”

The referee added: “Just to be clear, that f****** last video can’t go anywhere. Seriously.”

Earlier, Naija News reported that the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) has suspended referee David Coote, pending an ongoing investigation into his comments in the video.

At the time of writing, the referee had not made an official reaction concerning the leaked video.
