WTC Recommits To Providing Real Estate Solutions

World Trade Center, Abuja has affirmed its commitment to consistently provide luxury real estate solutions in Nigeria, with the goal of establishing a dynamic and vibrant community for like-minded professionals.

This development is meticulously planned to function as a versatile hub, seamlessly blending commercial, residential, and recreational spaces to foster a comprehensive urban experience.

The vice president Ahmed Karim made this announcement at the inaugural “End of the Year Business and Networking Cocktail: Urban Elegance,” held at the WTC Abuja.

Karim acknowledged the economic challenges in Nigeria but underscored the resilience and adaptability of the World Trade Center Abuja. The event, centred on the theme “Urban Elegance,” aimed to celebrate the year’s achievements and foster meaningful connections among clients, partners, trade associations, and the diplomatic community.

In a statement at the event, Karim said, “The ‘End of the Year Business and Networking Cocktail’ is an ode to connection, a celebration of the bridges we build and the relationships that define our journey.

Addressing the operational status of the World Trade Center Abuja and its Trade Services Department, Karim emphasised the necessity for brand integration through strategic events. He expressed the importance of allowing potential clients and partners to experience the full spectrum of the WTC Abuja real estate brand.

He announced the completion of the project’s first phase, highlighting the WTC Abuja’s operational readiness and its anticipation of new opportunities in 2024.

He discussed the evolving business landscape, emphasising the WTC’s commitment to flexible solutions, including co-working spaces and customisable real estate options.

The general manager of Operations at the WTC, Ibukun Adeogun, affirmed the WTC Abuja’s open-for-business status after overcoming delays. Adeogun detailed the diverse offerings, including luxury residences, offices, upcoming hotel towers, convention centres, and shopping malls.

He envisioned a comprehensive environment where individuals can both work and reside.
